Forge Guard Sergent?

Had a little confusion at the LGS about which model is the leader. Is is the one with the hammer behind his back or the one without a helmet and three stripes on his shoulder?

That is what I thought. I'll have to paint the stripes gold so there won't be any confusion. :D

I throw a mark on the back of the base so I can spot the leader(s) easier, as they still need more than primer on them.
