Howdy everyone, here are two lists that I'm having trouble to pick which one to pick.

I would have to say the second list simply because Lich Lord Asphyxious is all about the units - the more the better. The second list gives you Stealth, Dark Shroud, Weapon Masters with Tough on top of free stand-up for your Thralls. You further that with having two units to replenish with BLT should you choose to as opposed to just the one. Di Wulfe seems moot with Asphyxious because of the cloud effects, but that's all I know Di Wulfe for thus far. The best part about your second list with your feat turn is that you don't have to lose your main attack force in order to take full advantage. You can lose a few from one and a few more from the other and still have troops left after your feat turn is done.

I agree with rD8 apart on Gorman, more clouds is always good, Caustic Mist is amazing control and Smoke Bomb only adds to that.

Your first list doesn't look like anything I'd ever take with eGaspy. He has no way to support Pistol Wraiths and they're already quite expensive. The Skarlock can't cast anything worthwhile except offensive spells which require a to hit roll which he will likely fail, being unable to boost. And knights are better with him than thralls because they have reach and you can fit more around a caster for the feat assassination (you have BLT to apply Dark Shroud anyway)

So the second list by far, the Thralls have stealth so can protect themselves from shooting while Asphyxious protects the knights with his clouds. 25 points is difficult with him though, since it's hard to get everything he wants. WSC is nice for the free Hellbound upkeep, Darragh for extra threat, at least 2 units of infantry (which you have now), Gerlak just for being awesome, Biles because Excarnate is sick and it gives you an answer against Winterguard/Kayazies.

I'd even consider making the worm a node, ditching the UA on the Thralls and drop them to minimum so you can take a minimum unit of Bile Thralls.

Neither list. Drop cankerworm, take a node. Try something like this:

Min Bane knights
Min bane thralls + UA
Min bile thralls
Gorman

You can also drop the bane thralls and max the knights, then throw in darragh wrathe or Gerlak.
