Actually, Baldur is is the best-rounded Warlock we have. His Feat was broken before in tournament play because it was too one-sided with board control objectives. It created too many auto-win scenarios so Privateer had to go out of their way to find things to prevent that. It is easier, and better, to make the Feat more reasonable. If I am reading the rules right, forests are easier to get our and about now, and Baldur assassinations are easier to pull off. He can now place his forest AOE under people and existing terrain features (a huge difference and potent). He can now forestwalk within the forest he is already inside, which he couldn't do before.

Also, note that enemy models lose pathfinder in his control area. That distance to Baldur just doubled.

The feat also gives all models in control area cove! not concealment, Cover! the only thing it doesn't effect with it's rough terrain is things with flying so seraphs and Angelius' can still move freely in his ctrl area.

and ghostly, incorporeal, and placement effect moves.
His feat leaves a lot to be desired.
