Necra-Chi went round and round on this issue in the old Rules Forum, and eventually concluded there is no answer to this question in the rules. I just wanted to bring this back into the public eye. Here's the question:

What is the correct way to resolve the activation of a model that is both knocked down and fleeing (or Wild, now that it works like fleeing)?

I don't know if the answer was given in another thread, so here we go.

A fleeing model that is knocked down must forfeit action to fleeing (it is an effect that forces you to forfeit something, along the lines of Death Chill) and you cannot forfeit movement to cease being knocked down as the rules for fleeing tell you that you have to advance.
So fleeing knocked down models can't stand up.
