35 point steamroller lists

Upcoming 35-point steam roller, these are what im thinking

Scythean(only own 1)

Saeryn(tier4)(Still need second angelius and bolt thrower)
2x Angelius
2x Bolt Throwers

soldier
sorceress and hellion
2xShepherds(possibly replaced by spell martyrs need to get them still)

ok after a night of playing vs friends (cryx,menoth,circle and trolls) im scratching the Rhyas army. Did pretty good with the Saeryn Army using all the above just spell martyrs instead of shepherds but i think i'd rather have the fury control of the shepherds. Thinking of using this list as well as the Saeryn one now

I would drop the protector in the Saeryn list and add a couple of shredders (harriers if you wanted to take advantage of flight on feat). A rabid, running shredder is a great target for Blight Bringer to wipe out lots of light infantry. Use the extra point for a Spell Martyr too.

Is there really any reason your going all theme listed? In a lot of cases, you can get more use out of a list without the theme list. One of the few warlocks that we have that this is not true is abby. However, at 50 points this gets less obvious.

With that being said, i'd try something like this with Saeryn.

I like warspears because of set defense and being able to put tenacity on them all for relatively cheap. You can make them defense 15 against shooting and defense 15 against charges.

the Saeryn tier thing was to see how it works still kinda new to the game and actually won both games last night. thanks for the tips only have 1 Scythean and forsaken and tourny is tomorrow morning. Could try

Only question is with only one forsaken would it be better to run 2 shepherds

You want 1 shredder no matter what. Having tenacity on your warlock is always handy. Especially on feat turn, defense 19 against ranged attacks is pretty hard to hit. From there i'd add in a deathstalker if you can get one. ((in place of the second raek)) I'd drop 1 spell martyr for a shepherd. You really need 2 furry management models with 5 beasts on the board.
