Trying to think of things that the Retribution might get in future. Seen a lot of it with 'jacks, so I won't touch that here, but I have been thinking of some other stuff.
What would *you* like to see the faction get?
My thoughts:

House Shyeel Mage Centurions
(House Shyeel Battle Mage Unit)

Leader and 2 Grunts - 6
Leader and 4 Grunts - 10

2x Runic Fist (POW 5 P+S 11)

Magic Ability (6): A House Shyeel Mage Centurion may cast any of these spells during its activation.
Telekinetic Field (*Action): The caster of this spell gains +2 DEF and ARM against ranged attacks and are not affected by blast damage. Friendly faction models completely within 4" of an affected model gain +1 DEF and ARM against ranged attacks and a cumulative +2 ARM against blast damage.
Telekinetic Blast (*Attack): This spell is a RNG 10 POW 12 attack. A model hit by Telekinetic Blast may be pushed d3" either directly towards or away from the point of origin of the spell. On a critical hit, the target is instead slammed d6" inches in either direction and suffers a POW 12 damage roll.
Spell Ward (*Action): This model and other models in B2B with it cannot be targetted by spells.

The Centurions would fit in with our other odd little toolbox units. As medium-based multiwound infantry, they are quite potent, albiet more fragile than others. With their variety of spells, they can fill a number of interesting roles, sometimes simultaneously, and have multiple configurations worth using them in. They can protect friendly units surprisingly well, especially their Battle Mage brethren.

Granted: Martial Training - While Glyssor is alive, models in this unit gain +1 DEF and ARM.

Granted: Ruins Hunter - While Irshyl is alive, models in this unit gain +1 SPD and Pathfinder.
Eager - Irshyl may charge or run without being ordered to.
Vyrillis:
Granted: Runes of Lyliss - While Vyrillis is alive, models in this unit gain Arcane Assassin.
Diviniation (*Action) - When Vyrillis uses this ability, models in this unit gain True Sight and Sniper for one round.

The idea here is for a unit that, together, is extremely powerful but rapidly weakens when targetted by enemies. Unlike similar character units like the Black 13th, I wanted the various members to work very closely with one another and reflect what a command unit for the Retribution of Scyrah would look like.
All of the members are taken from the IKWG, with abilities that affect their group thematically.
The other concept here is to give an interesting unit option by taking this unit and filling it with Soulless Escorts. For 9 points, given the way the unit is worded, all of the Soulless Escorts included in the unit gain the bonuses, allowing for a potentially very powerful unit.
