If this is the army you want....you have the wrong caster. pIrusk brings nothing really to this list, or at least very little. Battle Lust and Iron flesh can not be cast on Doom Reavers due to the whole no spell thing.
If you want a list like this try out maybe eButcher, eVlad, pButcher maybe. But your missing out on a lot that Irusk likes outside of WG

I think it's a decent list. You've got a 15 model screen for your hard hitters and you've got a good mix of range and melee threat.

Personally I would drop a unit of doomies for the great bears, drop a rocket, and you've got 2 points to either upgrade the jack or buy a toolbox merc.

I believe you are running the wronge caster, or the wronge infantry+jack. I would say that to take adventage of superiority, you should be at least at some point taking a jack that can dish out hits and knock things dead. Even a juggernaut is better.

Also, winter guard does not benefit from battlelust as much because they simply do not hold enough punch in melee to make it worthwhile. Also, you should be considering at least a squad of man-o-war to replace 1 squad of the reavers to take advantage of the battle lust.
