After seeing the new stats i'm really impressed with Orrik... he's GOOD AGAIN! Gives pathfinder to friendly models withing 9" again and anti troll. :D

Yes.
It is a "while in this model's CMD range" ability. As soon as they leave, it deactivates.

So make sure you position him to completely cover the rough terrain you want to get through.

Saxon is the contract bonus for 4* - the ability to ignore terrain.

Lets be real. The best we can hope for is that it becomes model/unit.

There is no way whatsoever that Reconnaissance is staying the way it is now.

Saxon is a bit too good right now. A massive bubble that's a foot and half big kind of gets rid of the point of terrain doing anything other than give concealment/cover. Hopefully it will change to model/unit because he'll still be worth it for 2 points.

He is RIDICULOUSLY good in agenda armies.
Cannot imagine how awesome he will be in my cryx.
Best we can hope for, IMHO,is that when he is toned down, it will read "friendly FACTION models"... hey, a man can dream... :-D

He is the hardest solo on the Magnus teir list apart from Stannis. The Pathfinder thing is great news for Kell and now Saxon has stealth think they make a good team sniper and spotter.
For anti hordes fun may run him alongside Croes to give them a little more punch.

He is against some lists. Easy enough to block LOS to him if the enemy has True Sight. Otherwise, you don't have too much to worry about.
