Rifle Corps and Berzerkers go in the front, the other jacks, Joe, and pButcher right behind them, and follow up with Mechaniks. Joe gives the Rifle Corps boosted attack rolls their purpose is to act as a ranged meat-shield intended to pick off enemy infantry/suck up an infantry charge and then my jacks come in to clean up. Kossites come in the back field to tie up enemy infantry and/or pop enemy support.

Iron Flesh goes on the Rifle Corps v. ranged-heavy lists in the beginning rounds, and Butcher takes it for himself in the end-game.

At 50 the Berzerkers are my first wave; if necessary I'll sacrifice them to allow my Juggernauts and Butcher a good charge.

Now, on to my bad matchups:

Cryx stealth lists. Against Bane lists the Rifle Corps will take Tough from Joe and charge into melee rather than advance and shoot.

Heavy armor infantry lists. Can do this one of two ways - for medium-high ARM single wound infantry Butcher can use his Feat early and the RC can blow holes in Arcane-Shielded Stormblades, Knights Exemplar, etc. For multi-wounders such as the Bastions, MoW ST, etc. Joe can give the RC +3 STR, Butcher can throw Fury on them, and, combined with the Feat, hack them to pieces on the charge.

Rough Terrain - ouch. Here's my obvious big weakness. The ultimate fail would be Xerxis - Cataphracts + Inhospitable Ground will be a slog. Luckily, I already own Saxon Orrik (I used to play Agenda) so I could potentially swap him in for at 50 if necessary (goodbye, Mechanik unit 2), or replace the Kossites with a Manhunter and Saxon at a lower PV. pIrusk with MoWST will also be a grind.

So, what am I missing here?

Personally, I've had mixed results using a min units of Kossites with the Butcher, and am starting to think that they really need to be fielded as a max unit. They're inaccurate with low POW attacks, so you need to make up for that with numbers if you want to attack anything worthwhile. As a min unit, they don't have the numbers to be either a credible threat or a decent speed bump.

Not sure about the other bits, but consider a Kodiak with nButcher. They're criminally good with Full Throttle and outshine the Juggies easily. Also the chain attack gives you plenty of two-hand throw capability to stem up heavy infantry.
