I know this list, or variations has been posted a million times before, so I'm not really looking for optimizing on it. What I would really like to know is how it's done for you guys and what you changed when you played it.
I'm a Cygnar player, and I sorta feel like it's a pretty straight forward, maybe a little boring, list, but please tell me what you've done with Barny and something like this:
Barny
Wrastler
Wrasler
Snapper
Turtleman
5 Posse
5 Posse
Wrong Eye and Snappy
There you go, a blint instrument for war, but the question is, can it actually win once in a while?
Cheers

Yes it can win. Myself, I only go with one Wrastler. This allows me to add a Snapper to WE's battle group, a feralgeist, and a Totem Hunter and Croak Hunter for going after annoying solos.

I think you may struggle with the fury when
the wrastlers are at full swing.
I run almost same list as you except I don't
use the spitter.
I take a min unit of bog trogs and a totem
hunter.
Totem hunter is great for removing pesky
models and A good target to set off warpath
with his high MAT.

From my experience, you almost have to run a snapper on Wrong Eye to help spread spiny growth around. Gator beasts just aren't tough enough to go without it most times.

Four beasts is too many for Barnabas. Drop a Wrastler or Spitter and add some support stuff.

I never do and do just fine. Not saying it's a bad idea but it's definitely not something you have to do.

I would seriously consider using Thrullg and the Totem Hunter. I hate leaving home without them. What are you going to do when someone ties up your Posse's with Arcane Shielded Cygnar Cav? One example but, at least in my meta, upkeep removal is a must!
Totem Hunter can hunt those annoying solo's and make them a non-factor. I use him to threaten different vectors all the time and have found people really respect what he can do.
Good luck!

I really enjoy using a totem hunter, but have only done so with Grim Angus - Your post made me think of something.
I had a quick search in rules and didn't come up with anything - the way it is worded it seems that Warpath might be able to be activated as an in sequence move - ie. Wrastler charges something and kills it, (friendly faction kills something durring its activation, then a warbeast gets to advance immediately after the attack is resolved) in this case the wrastler resolves its initial attack, moves and just continues its activation, but can't benefit from warpath again.
Does this sound right? does anyone do this - I have been playing Trolls and just picked up a few minions, never actually used a caster with that spell yet.
I love using Goad for things like this, to me it makes the Warpath spell much more worthwhile and since there are a number of things that allow similar effects it doesn't seem too outrageous, but maybe I am misreading.
Can anyone clarify?
Thanks.

Unfortunately you can't take Calaban in a Barney list...

Oh I know, I was just trying to open the door to get more people on the Calaban train. ;)

Yes, this will work. You charge and use your initial attack to kill a model. Warpath triggers, you choose to advance your beast the 3", then can make the other initials or force for more attacks.

Hmmm, Thanks for the update and reference on that - I thought that would be the case, but I always like to ask so I am not playing unfairly towards others. Guess I could have put that question in the rules forum, just thought it might be relevent to people using Barnabas, as I intent to - still haven't tried him out, as I am in a slow grow with mercs for the next several weeks.

Hmm I would be tempted to swap one of the Wrastlers for a Swamp Horror, you've got 1 Wrastler and Snappy for hitting/throwing power and the Horror does seem to be opening up a lot of possibilities.
