Hello everyone
I'm new and I want to start this faction but I need your help to know it better.
What are its strengths? And weaknesses?
melee or ranged?
I would like to know more on the following caster:
-Rahn
-Kaelyssa
-Ravyn

Thanks to all!:D

What are its strengths?
Fantastic solos and strong units and 'jacks.

And weaknesses? Arguably weaker casters than other factions atleast feats require thinking. Virtually nothing to shoot stealth troops with. Relatively little merc options.

melee or ranged? Both or either. Depends on the caster and choises.

-Rahn Master of placement and dirty tricks. Telekinesis is what I most spam with this dude. Really performs with mittens and magisters.

What can you tell me about the other two?

Both Ravyn and Kaelyssa are our solid, no frills casters. Ravyn really supports ranged troops, with the oh so wonderful Snipe spell, and her feat. She's also no slouch in melee. Kaelyssa likes to do things herself. She has a spell that lets her or one of her ijakcs ignore line of sight when making attacks, so they can shoot through pretty much anything. Most of her other spells focus on keeping your stuff alive. Banishing ward keeps your boys safe from magic, and her feat protects against range and charges. Her real shining aspect is her gun though. Nice range, ROF 3, and it strips focus or fury off of models and gives it to Kaelyssa. She can mess with your opponents fury management, or strip focus or fury off a caster for the assassination run.

Both are really great casters, and I suggest starting with one or the other.

For Kaely, your probably gonna want some mage hunters and some halberdiers for troops. As for jacks... nearly all of the Ret jacks rock in some way. You'll want at least 1 Chimera and/or Phoenix for the Arc node (both are quite solid besides). Manticore for raw power. Hydra for ranged power and power attack tricks. Griffon is a very solid quick and versatile support Myrmidon. I do suggest waiting on the gorgon. Its alright, but a new player should get used to our other stuff first.

The demo force (effectively our battle box) had Kaely with Manticore, Griffon, and Chimera. Its a good place to start.

For me there is always the fun Senti-nol, apply directly to your opponents forehead.

These guys rock in just about every situation I ever use them in.

I also like the houseguard onion (it has layers!). Halberdiers in front, riflement behind them, mage hunters with snipe behind them. Since friendly models can attack through both of the houseguard units, all three can attack. Beware of tramples.

Solid enough. Looks like a lot of fun for both players!

looks quite good. Perhaps lacking a little in the way of ranged power... but it should be quite fun to play.

Though, if you switch out the Dawnguard for Houseguard Halberdiers, and drop the Ghost sniper, you'll have a tier list!

...I thought you were going with Kael?

I couldn't even imagine running Rahn without at least 2 nodes. I would switch the Manticore for a Chimera and add another Ghost Sniper or something.

Or MHA, since you can't go wrong with those + TK.

Sorry i didn't understand...what means?

I was making a play on the headache medicine tylenol. Basically, get sentinels and crush your opponent with them.

Be wary of sprays and tramples though. Side effects include loss of unit.
