Can Eiryss2 remove blood of kings? If not what can?

Nothing. Blood of Kings is not an upkeep. You can ignore the defensive bonuses it grants with certain models (Gallant has Blessed, etc...) But you cannot cancel the spell. Your only solutions are to prevent him from casting it, or just powering through it.

I'm pretty sure Precursors and Harlan Versh have Blessed and ignore the bonuses from Blood of Kings. Orin Midwinter also helps by preventing casting it, if you can save him until Vlad remains mostly alone and tries to solo your army.

The best way to get around blood of kings is to auto knockdown Vlad. How do you do this? Simple!

Step 1 activate a unit or solo and run it into B2B with Vlad, be sure to have its back facing some sort of friendly warjack.
Step 2 Activate said warjack and slam or 2 hand throw friendly model into Vlad.
Step 3A Shoot Vlad with either Eyriss to strip off any focus he was camping.
Step 3B Murder Vlad.

IME it'll cause Alexia to have a Bad Day, or at least a terminal few seconds. She's not that hard to kill...
