I'm playing in a Steamroller tournament today, and I'm going to go for two very different lists. The lists are set already, so I don't need advice on the lists anymore, but I'll put them up here. I'm sitting on the bus so I've got a few minutes.
"230 Hit Boxes"
Kommander Orsus
Beast-09
Juggernaut
Kodiak
Wardog
Koldun Lord
Decimator
Stocktroopers (5)
Demolition Corps (3)
Battle mechaniks (4)
"Trickery"
Old Witch
Scrapjack
Decimator
Gorman diWulfe
Greylord ternion
Kayatzy assassins (10 + ua)
Iron Fang Uhlans (5)
Uhlan Kovnik Markov
Kossite woodsmen
Yuri the Axe
Both lists have something very hard to shift from an objective. Orsus has the warjacks with a total 136 hit boxes, and the Old Witch has the Kayazy assassins with Iron flesh. Both lists have a Decimator to move troublesome models off off objectives.
I'll be returning to comment on how well these lists worked...

Are you at all worried about the speed of your first list?

I really like it. Despite the fact that the first list is slow, it has alot of surviving power and whichever waves get there, it will tear thigns apart. However, I would suggest doom reavers for exchange of one of the jacks, you can't handle THAT much jacks even with Orsus. I would drop the decimator and get doom reavers+Eiryss.

His jacks get to run for free so getting them out in the middle faster than usual without using focus should be a problem. He would need to run the rest of the army probably first round including butcher (camp focus) and should work out rather well because if his opponents infantry gets close, they are screwed with butcher being a mat 9 with homocidal maniac and could cast ravager on himself which would be an awesome feat turn.
then most rage tokens i have gotten is 17.

But there are no deep threats for rage tokens, your opponent would have to basically give you their caster for it to be in threat range. Even if the Butcer gets in there and slaughters a unit, it would seem very easy for this whole army to be out maneuvered and picked off to the point that you'd never get a viable feat turn off. Even just taking the GB or a Drakhun would give you alot more range and not allow you opponent to play keep away until they have a clear shot at an over extended Butcher.
Though in Killbox I think that army would be a lock

Butcher worked pretty well. Beast with 13" threat was pretty fun. Totals for today: One win, one loss, and one game against eCaine (a loss, surprise).
Won against Vyros - Beast killed what, 14 models in 2 turns? He couldn't really get anything into the zone after that. The scenario with the two circles.
Next game, eCaine drew LoS. That has to have been the most un-fun game I've ever played.
Third game, mirror match vs. eButch, loss. He had a balanced list. I forgot to put absolutely everything into the zones. Blah.
There seems to be another eCaine player in the tournament, but he hasn't got a perfect win record (I think he's lost all his games) so that should be manageable. Still, will probably be the second most un-fun game I've ever played.
