MK II Frenzy and Animi

I have been through the sections on Frenzy and Spells and Animi and in neither section was I able to find the old restriction on warlocks not being able to cast animi of frenzied warbeasts. Does this restriction still exist (am I just unable to find it)?

These are the only restrictions due to frenzy (not dealing with its frenzy attack) that i could find:

The warbeast remains frenzied for one round. While frenzied, the warbeast cannot be forced or can have damage transferred to it.
