Easy komrade. :-) it takes a while sometimes.
I have had the idea for a similar list. So my experiance is with this is my version of your list which could offer similar insite.

Butcher
Decimator
Destroyer
Full MOW shocktroopers
Widowmakers

You are running a heavy list with slow movement. So it can get very frustrating and depends on your play style.
The jack combination is handy for the early stages of crowd control with the destroyer. The decimator is good to hold off those solos and jacks that have advance deploy if they are in range.

The first thing I've done with my list (if i have gone first) is move forward very quickly on first round. Ie. run. You are going to have to get the jacks and most importantly MOWs in quick because of the slow move.
It is nice that the MOWs have hit points because, from my experiance people will start tagging them right away, which hopefully is the time your jacks get there.

But thats where the windowmakers come in as well. I use them to try and hold off the enemy as long as I can. I do the advance, and then shoot. They were my riflecorps till the new winter gaurd is out. Try and keep your windowmakers in some sort of cover or behind buildings so they can make it.

I know this is just general post but I have a short lunch.
The big weakness to look out for is shooting armys and cygnar's lighting arc. Any range can hurt it.

Butcher has some nice spells to help out both jacks and MOWs. ( i don't have my cards in front of me. I'll try to get more to you this evening.)

First one - solid & slow quite shooty. Vlad's fast so he likes faster stuff - not MOW. Rosie's very shooty version also good. Maybe a Destroyer not a Decimator as it's better vs infantry while the other stuff has hard targets covered.

Think you for your responses so I take it that widow makers are a given. I really want man o wars so cam anyone recommend a list that uses them. I have the khador starter set so a good list that includes at least one of. those jacks would be Much appreciated.

I'd go:

pButcher
Juggernaut
Destroyer
Max. MoW ST
Widowmakers

for the last 2 points, I'd do: Widowmaker Marksman, Gorman or Harlan. All 3 are good, utility 2pt solos that can make a difference in your list. The above posters are correct, you probably don't want to use MoW ST's in a list with pVlad. Since MoW are one of the requirements, that leaves pVlad out. Sure, the list will be slow with pButcher...but that's what Khador is: Slow.

I haven't had much trouble winning with pButcher even though he's slow...

For the first couple turns, you'll be giving your 2 jacks 1 focus a piece to run. When you get closer in, you can start giving your destroyer 1 for boosting to hit on the bombard. Turns after that, you should be putting Full Throttle on them and charging. MoW will run alongside the Jacks until they get into their charge range and then Fury should be cast on them. Widowmakers should be off in cover or concealment somewhere, plinking away at systems or 1 wound units. Sometimes it's funny to put Iron Flesh on them 21DEF in concealment.

Then, of course, you can setup the good, old-fashioned, Butcher assault run. He's good at what he does...

So far I have the starter box the butcher and a unit of widowmakers.
I was wondering if maybe iron fangs are a better choice at 25pts

Better than what? Full IFP + UA with what you have is a decent 25 point list - add a wardog with your extra point. Or use MOW ST plus a 2 point solo if you prefer resistance to first strike.

The problem with MOW is that they're slow so you want to take them with someone that can help them get up the field fast like eIrusk.

You can cast Tactical Supremacy on them and that lets them move 3" after everyone has activated on your turn. Plus it's an upkeep.

Another caster that MOW are good with is eVlad, since they are +3 SPD, MAT, RAT, DEF, & CMD on the feat turn. This ensures that they're going to get there since they charge 10" plus :Reach:

Unfortunately, MOW don't really work with a pButcher list b/c he doesn't really have any spells to support them, except for Fury but that just helps them hit harder not get up the field faster.

Here's an eIrusk list that I was testing for Templecon. I had lots of fun playing it, try it out.

eIrusk
Spriggan
Great Bears
MOW Demo Corps (max)
MOW Shocktroopers (max)
Widowmakers
WG Mortar

There's lots of MOW in there so you should enjoy it.
