Gun mages with Fortune are solid. But yeah, Kayazy and Countermeasure is a strong combo.

I think they're a great toolbox unit for Mercs. A damage buff, and access to magic weapons go a long way for Mercs. POW 12 handcannons are never bad...

You can run a Human caster with Galleon, and use all Rhulic models in Highborn/4-Star. Possibly even convert your caster to look more 'Rhulic'....

There was also a scenario in NQ that had some background fluff between Gorten and Madhammer. Gorten is not a fan of Madhammers approach to things.

It's in Durgen's fluff entry for the Mercs book, and I believe that's where Shock and Awe is too. (And i meant impulsive for me. :P)

Just want to point out: Durgen's feat will only boost the AOE damage of the TAC, it won't give them an additional die to hit as his feat say AOE...
