If you have already registered, you are fine, but we noticed a lot of players that are going and were entering the tournaments hadn't found out where to register, so if any of your players are going, make sure they go to the link below and pre reg so we can guarantee their spots. We know we have a ton of people coming, but the pre-registration was a little low and we didn't want to delay tournaments by doing tons of on site registration!

Team Tournament Addendum:

After a final batch of playtesting, I am going to allow simultaneous movement, but not simultaneous combat. So if you need to move something out of the way that isn't involved with your partners combat, you can do that. It saves times and makes the time restrains more manageable without being too easy.

The year it was run at Adepticon, I think the finals was Siege and eSorcha vs eVlad and pButcher or something like that. It's crazy, but a good king of crazy

I have two more questions about the painting competition, since it seems like I'll probably be able to go.

First, will the pickup times for the miniatures be the same day(Saturday)? I'm assuming since the drop off time ends at 3pm, the judging will happen in a couple hours after that and then they'll be available to be picked up?

Second, do you know what time Sunday the awards ceremony is?

Sorry to ask for such specifics, I just have a narrower time frame available on Sunday and need to know if it will even be worth it for me to try. Thanks again. Looking forward to a fun day of Iron Arena!

Painting Details:

The Awards Ceremony will probably happen right before the road to Gencon tournament sunday. Nothing is completely set in stone, but I'd say it's safe to expect you would know by noon.

Painted models will most likely be available for pick up early sunday morning, especially if you are shortlisted as a possible winner.

By saturday night, you will know if you are on the short list as a potential winner, and you will be notified. If you didn't make it, you won't be stuck waiting around to know, so there is that.

You are limited to 2 entires per category, and any model painted for another contest may not be turned in.

If we are playing in the Saturday tournament, can we have a friend drop off our model for us?

No, they need to be dropped off by the painter, mainly to help ensure that no one walks away with someone else's model, but we start collecting models at 10 am and go till 3pm, so you should have time before the event or between rounds to swing it by quickly.
