I'm Rob, a Khador player from Ireland. New to the Forums, not new to the game. Glad to be here and am looking forward to getting to know ya'll!

Where in Ireland are you from? My wife spent a few weeks in Cork recently, and cant wait to return. If we could just find an extra $10K laying around...

I am from the sunny South East. Kilkenny to be precise. Though I have spent time in Cork. (There is a LGS there that has a good WarmaHordes following).

Yeah. Sadly these days Ireland is getting a bit too expensive to visit!

I am a Khador player. And I have recently decided to make a move in to the realm of Skorne!

Indeed! I like Khador's straight forward style of play. I find Skorne's story... too disturbing for me, and I am not a good painter by any means, so I'll possibly never switch factions. Though, Ive started to dabble in the Mercs a bit. I wont switch till I have all of my "Most often used" models fully painted, and that isnt happening any time soon.

My wife works for Apple, and she spent time in Cork helping them out. Had I known there was a decent LGS there, Id have put my children up at their grandparents place and taken the free flight option. Unlike my wife, Ive been through hard times and I can sleep almost anywhere! No need for a hotel room! Sadly, We do have two small children, and their Grandparents can't handle them more than 8 hours, let alone a week (And knowing them, They would want to come along anyway.)
