    Default Cygnar, My army far

Tell me what you think, I've recently started painting Warmachine miniatures.

Oh, and I suck at taking pictures so my white balance is completely off. (sorry)

I have more pictures at the following link, but I only wanted to post these to to make viewing more manageable. Check it out and tell me what you think.

(Oh, and the sight isn't quite done, sorry for that too. I guess I've been spending to much time playing WM)

Look great. I like the blue alot. The bases are a bit too shiney but thats personal taste.

Looks very good to me. Nice effect on the blues, and I like the way you've based it. What did you use for the metal grate thing that he's standing on?

I disagree about the base being too shiny. I like a shiny base - I always hit my base edges up with gloss varnish. Personal preference, though.

I like the blue on the armor, that's a novel way to highlight that might need to be stolen. I love the white and brown of the clothing/padding very well done. My only nit-pick is your sword is boring, I think if you made the raised part in the middle the electric-blue look, it would really pop.

BTW, your jacks and strider (from the site) are very very nice.

I agree the sword is a tad boring. I'll try to make some improvements.
The basing material is from Games Workshop, their premium basing I think they call it. I won it as a painting prize years at, and but they still sell it.

And thanks for checking out the jacks. I have to finish the striker though.

Those are really nice, especially the Journeyman Caster.

The combination of blue and gold works better IMHO.

I think I'll start taking these pictures with my cell phone it seems to handle the white balance better than my SLR. The SG are painted a lot more recently than the Jr.

I am currently working on some Storm Blades. I took a break from painting for the last week, and my new technique hadn't quite planted itself in my brain, so I'm having to remember how I got the effects that are on the SGs.

I've only worked on the blue of their armor, so everything else is black. Also, I'm painting them as a block.

I've been sick for almost 2 weeks now, so I've tried to make the most of it. Painted my trenchers and my long gunners.

As requested, the crew are sitting on my painting table. I started on the strider before I moved and I only recently found the crew after a few months of unpacking

Thank you for pointing out the sig.
