Shallow water and Warbeasts

Hi all

I know that if a warjack is knocked down in shallow water it's boiler goes out which at best prevents it's actions in the turn its reactivated, but is there any penalty for a warbeast being knocked down in shallow water, or infantry for that matter?

There is no penalty unless the model has a special rule on it that says otherwise (for warrior or warbeast models, which is what your question pertains to).
