    Default Job Security in Khador

Be a riveter. Having painted close to 200 points of Khador, putting that tiny drop of metallic paint on every rivet in my army... there is a certain sense of comfort knowing that no riveter will ever go hungry in Korsk.

What happens when advanced welding and other metal bonding techniques come to Khador?
Looking forward to Epic Vlad on his Battle Cattle.

I sometimes wonder who decided that it was critical to paint the metal prior to riveting the sheets together. There has got to be a kayazy merchant prince somehow making a bundle on the resulting inefficiency.

Actually, you would likely find that different pieces are manufactured and painted/coated in different sites/factories before the final assembly, so it's quite possible for the final riveting to be done AFTER everything is painted.

I suppose so. You know if they have invented assembly line style manufacture with interchangeable parts? That's pretty recent, but there is a sort of WWI vibe from some parts of the game so it seems plausible.
