    Welcome to the Legion!

If you like incubi, look at getting Kallus, Wrath of Everblight. His feat spawns free incubi from killed models, much better than hosting them.
Forsaken work well with most casters, really well with Absylonia, who is a beast heavy caster. Most people don't run any units with her at all.
Grotesques... I have them, I love the models, do they work well: meh.

There was a thread that had a link to a bunch of Legion painters: Here

Ravagores solid, but the best beast with abby is the Angelius

Factions own: Legion, Cryx, Circle, Minions(Pigs), RoS,
Factions owned: Khador, Menoth, Skorne, Trolls, Cygnar

Striders are very good Infantry, but suffer in Melee. If they get tied up and start dying, you get to start spawning Incubi to deal with whatever is giving them trouble.

If you love Spraying fire everywhere ELylyth is the caster to have, especially with a pair of Ravagores, but she kind be boring to play against some armies and impossible to win with against others.

If you want to toast everything with Typhon's fire and bite attacks, then PVayl and her Incite spell are your friends.
Vayl is really squishy, but a unit of Legionnaires is perfect to block line of sight to her. Additionally, they provide a good host for your Incubi.

I haven't played Grotesques yet, but I don't think they will work very well. They might be just a little bit better with Saeryn on her feat turn, Rhyas with her dash spell, and maybe Kallus with his Infantry support (plus at def 13 arm 13 they should die fast for lots of free Incubi on his feat turn).

One thing that I would buy is the Legionairres, I would also go with the Incubi, and maybe another warbeast (a second raek, or carnivean).

If abby is what you want, you'll need a shepard or two. And one to two forsaken. Ravagore can snipe a caster real fast. Gorman's smoke cloud becomes a false sense of security!

Also, Scytheans and Carniveans are always good for heavy hitting.

Angelius with Forced Evolution and Tenacity becomes a Def 17 nightmare.

3 stingers is a waste. At least one shredder, maybe 2, and possibly a harrier for solo hunting.

I agree that Kallus is the way to go if you like Incubi.

Really decide on your caster/s first, they will dictate your lists.
