Default Need Painting Help. Morrowan Colors?

I'm wondering what color blue (or combination) is typically used for the Morrowan colors (Constance Blaize, Precursor Knights, Gallant, etc..) Any thoughts?

I am not highly knowledgeable on the subjcet, but silver for the army, blue, cream and white work, as most Morrowan stuff is allied to Cyngar. There are, however, Morrowans in Llael, Khador and Ord, so it depends on what you are going for.

Or is it more what paints to actually use? What line of paints do you paint with?

Primarily PP but I have access to GW, Reaper and Vallejo. I am fine with working from a base to shadow/highlight, but when it comes to mixing colors to match a shade I am tererible.

Well, with blue you could start off dark over a dark primer. For instance, over a black spray basecoat, for blue I would do a basecoat of the GW foundation blue. Depending on whether I wanted it light or dark on say, robes, I would:

Option A - Do a 50/50 mix of GW enchanted blue with foundation blue (mordian blue I think) leaving the darker show, and add more enchanted blue in successive layers, say another two. Then maybe another two coats of ice blue and enchanted blue (1:1 ratio) followed by the same mix in a 3:1 ratio, and then for a final highlight some white with the last 3:1 mix, with This Mix being 1:4 ratio), then maybe doing a thin blue wash at the end. This will give a bright and very cold blue.

Option B - As above but using ultramrines blue instead of enchanted blue, then using enchanted blue instead of ice blue, and not adding the last two stages of white and a blue wash.

It can be hard mixing to match a shade, but usually adding lighter colours helps I find, and even if they are not a seamless blend washes are your friend on the final stage.
