    Default Barnabas Tier List shenanigans

Two of my friends are saying I should try running a 50 pt Barnabas tier-1 list in the near future (probably after Lock & Load). I would borrow two Gatorman Posses from one of them, and this would be the list:

    Barnabas
-Ironback Spitter (or maybe a Swamp Horror?)
    -Bull Snapper
    5x Gatorman Posse

That's a lot of gatormen. I don't expect it to necessarily be effective, but it would be fun to try out for kicks.

That's a LOT of gators. And a lot of charge attacks. I can see it working, 30 gatormen seems like it would be really, really hard to deal with for most lists.

I doubt it'll be effective - your Gatormen Posses are strong, but they just can't crack armour that well. You'd be better off replacing one full Posse with a Blackhide Wrastler, then call it a day (and go with the Spitter over the Horror) in my opinion.

Yeah, the goal isn't necessarily to be effective, just to put as many gatormen on the table as possible because shenanigans :P

At that point, I think I would just tie up anything heavily armored with gators to allow other gators or Barnabas to get to softer targets (like the caster).

It might work but I still think its way too light on beasts to be even somewhat effective. Gators need ranked attacks for this kind of list to really work IMO. I actually think Maelok works best for what your trying to do.

Good luck though, you should have some fun with it at the least. Maybe double or triple up on Bull Snappers to spam Spiny Growth wherever you need it.

Yeah, but unfortunately Maelok can't flood the field with 5 full posses. Can you imagine 30 incorporeal charging gators? Jeezus!

Not to split hairs but 5 full posse's is 25 gators A max unit is 5, not 6
