Highly Competitive Slow Grow League starting

Hey guys, so my FLGS is starting up a slow grow league for newer players and while in nature its not competitive I am pretty competitive myself and a few of the other guys who frequent the shop are as well so we get into fairly heated while good natured games.

Playing retribution im a sort of underdog in terms of competition but I want to make it work well so here is my idea for a 15 point list that we will be starting with

Kaelyssa, the nights whisper (+7)

Phoenix (10)

full Dawnguard Sentinels (Leader and 9 grunts) (9)

Arcanist (1)

Mage Hunter Assassin (2)


Now some of thoughts on changing the list are this, drop the MHA and get the UA for the sentinels, I could also drop the arcanist and MHA for a Narn?
Perhaps a discordia ?

Get the UA. I think with just one jack I would stick with the phoenix for the arcnode. Will come in handy for casting backlash on an opposing jack.

Nope. Emberwild is correct. Phoenix is good. Get the UA.
