New druid unit idea
keep in mind this is a very rough draft so feel free to comment and improve. I got the idea from this thread: http://privateerpressforums.com/showthread.php?106117-Which-unit-ability-are-we-missing-that-most-fits-Circle
cost: min: 5pts, 2 models, max: 7pts, 3 models, small based
leader and grunts: spd 6, mat 7 rat 2 strength 5 cmd 9 (am i missing anything?)
ranged attack: phase (not sure if this is a real ability yet but): range 8 aoe 3 pow -
this attack can be centred on a space with no models within 2 inches of the centre of this aoe, this spot is considered to have a DEF of 5. this attack's intended point of impact cannot be between this model and this model's deployment area. once the point of impact has been determined. place this model anywhere within the aoe, this model cannot move after being placed by phase.
melee weapon: devourer's totem: pow 2
armor piercing, dismember.
at the start of its combat action, this model may choose one of the following abilities
"sharpened at both ends": if this model inflicts damage with it's initial attack, it may make another, non initial, attack at any point in its activation.
"Drawn to the beast within": this model may charge for free and automatically hits on ranged attack rolls against warbeasts with an amount
of fury equal to their FURY stat.
What do you guys think they should be called and what are some ways to improve the balance of these guys?
