I personally would avoid stormblades with eNemo, he really doesn't do much for them, and without support they'll die like champs.

You could try the following Tier-1 with stormguard:
eNemo +6
Stormclad 10
Centurion 9
Charger 4
Squire 2
Stormguard (max) 9
Stormsmiths x4 4
JWC 3

The journeyman can give Arcane Shield to the stormguard so they have a chance of making across the field.
I will caution you that I prefer sword knights over stormguard with eNemo. Sword knights work best with reach jacks (which both your heavies are). They are more "killy" than stormguard on their single attack BUT they do miss out on e-leap and reach so its down to personal preference. On the bright side sword knights have +1Def (except when charged) and +1Arm over stormguard.

Rhuphert Carvolo 2
B-13th 4
Stormsmiths x3 3

With this list, Nemo can cast polarity shield on the sword knights, ensuring your whole front line of centurion/SKs cannot be charged. Rhuphert can give the sword knights tough or pathfinder, depending on the situation. The key here is that the SKs need to stay nearby your reach jacks so that they can benefit from flank, which bumbs them up to MAT 8, POW 10 Weapon masters, which is nothing to scoff at. Thanks for the tip, atm my 35pt list without the Stormguard is similar(Tier 2). Changing the Centurion and Stormguard for an Ironclad and 2 Firefly's and an additional Stormsmith.
Sword Knights tend to be vulnerable for me because of the amount of Electro-Leap flying about the place.

Ive been thinking alot about it tonight, I think Ill only go for Stormguardx2(min) in a 50pt Tier 4 list.
