After realizing that Circle Orboros don't suit my play style at all, I decided to switch over to Cygnar.

Here is the beginning of the army, with the first bases done (and models primed)

40mm bases base coated in dark terracotta:

50mm base cobblestone and ground:

Test fitting the jacks on the bases:

More bases off the assembly line. Can't really do much else until my new colors arrive. Don't really own any blues that can be used for the jacks.

I've love the use of cork board. I've been wanting to try cork for some time. Your execution has been done very well! I can't wait to see the models once they've been painted.

Those cork board bricks turned out better than expected. Nicely done. Looks like you might want to hit those bases with some dull coat or matte sealer.

Jacks are waiting for the shipment of colors to arrive. Being an ex-circle player i have a distinct lack of blue colors in the paint collection

I love the corrected head positioning on your Ironclad. I did the same to mine as well.

The head and arms are actually magnetized. This ironclad is from the starter box, so I have no extra arms and heads, but when the other kits come I will have more options. Magnetized head in any case looks much cooler

Great painting! I love Cygnar, but for me I went the other way. I've been picking up Circle lately so I can get in there with my open fists and do some sweet wrasslin action!

I went the opposite way around. I started with circle, and didn't like their gameplay, so I abandoned them for Cygnar

Hrm, I don't know why but the yellow portion on his right shoulder looks rather thick and/or gloopy in this picture. I really like the rest though, especially how you do the glowy effect for the face.

Its thick and gloopy because i was too impatient to wait for the wash to try when I took the photo. Just noticed it now (facepalm at myself)
