Looking to start farrow

Okay, I was looking to start up a farrow army. Currently I have circle and khador. Dr. Arkadius and Sturm & Drang look like they are going to be fun. Eventaully i will get Carver, but I think I will start out with Arkadius with SnD.
Was wondering how this list turns out:
Tier 4
Dr. Arkadius +6
3x War Hogs
RnB 9
Bone grinders 3
Brigands 8
Also how does SnD like his lists built? So when i branch to 50 i know what to pick up.

Some slaughterhousers would be useful, as would targ. That would let you make a tier 3 SnD list, you can add the 2 road hogs to make t4 if you wish later!
