I am very, very pleased with this model. Like, seriously pleased. I love his head, his tail, his wand and especially the snake crawling up his left arm. Colour me excited to get one or two.

Am I really the only one who is "meh" on him? I saw him in the NQ back in March or whatever and was not impressed. The 3D doesn't make him more attractive in my eyes. I'll buy two because I need them. I am nto going to be happy about it though!

Yeah... I don't see the "racist angle" either. And I am usually one of the first to notice such things.

While it is true that the bulk of the voodoo practitioners are of either Caribbean or African descent, and the bulk of the known PP employees are white, I really do not think that qualifies as racist. I have read a lot on voodoo, along with several other religions. And PP has done a great job at only going for the barest surface of voodoo, without going into great details that may offend modern day practitioners.

But either way, I think we should just get back to talk about the mini, before we delve too far, and lock the thread for becoming less about the hobby, and more theological in nature.

Making a faction that makes use of Voodoo is in no way racist and to even suggest such a thing is silly. A religion =/= race in even the slightest sense. If PP up and decided that skorne are good at math and cant drive yea that would be racist, Religious practices however are not.
