    Default !!!RETAILER WARNING!!! Incorrect Barcode on COO Battlegroup !!!RETAILER WARNING!!!

    My fellow retailers, the new Circle of Orboros Battlegroup barcode is coming up as the same one used for PIP72057 Warpwolf plastic box set! If you are not careful the new $50 box set may be entered into your system as a $35 box set either in data entry or in sales.

    We've seen this problem several times on the No Quarter, now its on something that a mistake can result in a loss of revenue. I hope Privateer Press will solve this problem by starting to do quality control testing on their barcodes before approving product packaging. It might also be a good idea for Privateer to pro-actively contact their registered retailers about this issue.

    First off, thanks for the post Chad. We appreciate the help in monitoring situations like this.

    We are currently in the process of notifying retailers about the situation and taking steps to correct it both for existing product and future releases. I will also be updating this post with additional information on how to resolve this issue. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you as a retailer.

    Do the new plastic warpack boxes have the same misprint the old ones did??

    On the sides of the boxes, it read :


    MONSTROUS MIIATURES COMBAT

    I've had at least one model a month I have purchased be missing vital parts and had to fill out requests to have the parts shipped to me since February.

    I love WM/H and PP as a company, but the QA for their shipping and packaging department really needs to be overhauled. I'm on the point where I basically expect something to be wrong with my models when I buy them.


    As a note, it is almost exclusively with my Cryx models that this occurs.
