    It looks ok.
What it is missing is WSC/Dougal, maybe drop Erebus for it.

What are your plans with the Bane Knighs?

I tried a similar list and it was successful until Croes AND Nyss failed their terror tests on the same turn - damn Fenn blades

I can see the Bane Knights being used as your potential 'Death Ward' target in lists with P+S 10 gunfire, and of course the Croe's are pretty much an auto-include. I would remove the Nyss in this list for additional support models. WSC, BLT, Dougal are all good options. Can't quite fit in all those in place on the Nyss however. Almost, but not quite.

Erebus is a trap. . Believe me when I say this. Think about it logically an 8 point model with overtake and boosted MAT is great, but not with Scavy. I have 3 major issues with him in your list
-you wont get souls for scavvy, the banes/croes/nyss should kill all the infantry before Erebus gets there.
-8 points goes a long way with support models
-for Erebus to do his best you have to spend focus on him which many scavy players dont enjoy doing.

so 8 points to spend lets talk shop-
-you need the WSC, strip enemy upkeeps on your guys and enemy guys. Boosted magic attacks on feat turn.
-what is your plan for the knights? I agree they're a great option ARM 18 with deathward. How're you going to play them?
-with your current set up scavvy is goign to be playing midfield but more than likely closer to the front because of your biles/excarnate

    8 point options
    WSC/max Bile
    WSC/gerlak
    subtract 1 WWS + WSC/Gorman/Gerlak

keep one node farm ahead as a sacrifice if you can icy grip an important unit, but the second node wont need the power booster on the same turn as the first so you may find you dont need the second WWS. Yes venom is nice on feat turn but gorman will help keep Scavvy out of LOS.

Lastly, look into the overlord unit, 3 magical sprays that ignore cover/concealment on feat turn is beautiful.

I used a min knight squad with scaverous on a regular basis. When i do run them i usually use them to run up one of the flanks. Even in games when they did not kill much they will force the other player to adjust his lines which opens up lanes and targets for the rest of my army.

I honestly prefer Thralls over Knights with Scaverous. They do more damage and have some nice survivability, which they gain by sacrificing maneuverability, which can be fixed by some TK. Also, Tartarus. The Tartarus TK Bane Bullet is awesome, and well worth the 4 points for what he brings.

If you don't have Cephalyx Overlords or the Withershadow Combine in your Scaverous list, something has gone horribly wrong, as they are auto- includes in every Scav list, they're just that good with him. I'm not a fan of running merc units with him, as he can get so much more from In- Faction units that are cheaper and can provide more support for the army.

If you're set on running Knights, I'd recommend Gorman di Wulfe. His Black Oil can help them hit important targets (especially if you're not running one of our best solos, Tartarus), and Rust Bomb can help them hurt heavy targets like Warjacks.

i agree with zombieface about the WSC but the cephalyx can die in a fire. As for mercs if you are not running Croe's you are either purposely doing your opponent a favor or you havent seen them before.

Nothing says auto-include like backstrike in a scaverous list.

I have to agree, the Cephalyx Overlords are 3 magic sprays for 4 points, can't go wrong there at all. You don't need to take the drudges to make them good in the slightest. I agree this seems like the home for WSC, but before you start adding in a ton of characters don't forget character restrictions are a thing.
