Iron Kingdom RPG Miniatures

Not sure about the US, but in Europe the Iron Kingdom Miniatures seem to be simply not available.

There are some 'residual' pieces on some traders basement, but not the full line.
Models like Draegyn are simply not available. (even not via the offiicial retailers) Even those that are theoreticaly available as Mercs for Warmachine like Lanyssa Ryssyll are hard to come by.

Is this just a momentary situation (maxbe due to the upcomming new release of IK RPG) or is the line discontinued?

I wasn't able to track down some reliable and official information about this.

The IKRPG miniatures line was stopped when D&D4e came along. As I understand it, Wizards changed the OGL to either disallow or make it too onerous to produce both models and miniatures for a D20 based system. As a result Privateer discontinued producing new miniatures and converted over a few.

Whether that situation will change for the new RPG or not, I have no idea. I am hoping it will personally; there were some cool miniature for the RPG.

PS: I don't think the converted RPG miniatures should be affected now. So far as I know they're now just WM/H solos.
