25pt Shae

I'm used to playing 50pt'ers and have been trying to scale down to 35 and doing okay. We've had a rash of new players come in who don't have 35 yet so I'd like to play 25pts, but I start to lose my utility and synergy as I hack out units/models. Any pointers on lists that work for you at 25?
