Default Thoughts on 25pt Kraye list

So I was musing about a Kraye list that takes advantage of his Full Tilt on some Fireflies, and I came up w/ a small 25 pt list.

Thoughts on use or similar experience? Typically my opponents hate seeing Kraye w/ Stormsmiths & Fireflies.

    Kraye (+6)
    Cyclone (-9)
    Firefly x2 (-10)
    Minuteman (-5)
    Stormsmith x3 (-3)
    Lady Aiyana & Holt (-4)

Basically the Cyclone provides covering fire vs advancing infantry for itself, the Fireflies, and the Minuteman. The FFs book it to get in optimum position to help SS elimiate infantry (@ low 25 pts shouldn't be too much. If a heavy tarpit is in the way, A&H can improve DMG. The SS can also disrupt jacks and Arc Nodes before they get to dangerous. The MM can pull his usual move in to Weapon lock enemy heavies and provide a nice target for the Cyclone if it doesn't need to place Covering Fire.

Free run rules for Light Jacks open up focus magic for the Cyclone to boost ATK or DMG (probably the former). I have though about replacing B13 for A&H, but figure getting +2 DMG overall an improvement. Theory suggests aggressive play would benefit the list, though Kraye large base assassination is still an issue, further encouraging aggressive play.

I can't wait to test the list. And i'd like to hear critique based on similar experience w/ these models, thier successes and failures, rather by than just trying to build a different list.

A list with more than 1 heavy in it will dominate you. There is nothing in you list that can damage it.

I'd swap the Fireflies and Smiths out for a Centurion and B13 maybe.

Edit: Oh zoot. I just reread the OP and I did exactly what he didn't want by offering a completely different list. Sorry mate.

I've been playing with Kraye 25pts tier list and although I my record is miserable 0-5 my losses have been more because of my bad playing than the force being weak. I play against Khador and Circle and both my opponent feel that they are fighting an uphill struggle when my Hunters dance forward and back.

    Captain Jeremiah Kraye
    Centurion 9pts
    Hunter 6pts
    Hunter 6pts
Black 13th Gun Mage Strike Team 4pts
    Rangers 4pts
    Gun Mage Captain Adept 2pts

The mass stealth Circle lists are pain in the behind since the list relies heavily on the Hunters to weaken the enemy on approach, but after I learned to use the Rangers as jammers my game has improved a lot. One thing I might change is to exchange the GMCA with the mechanics to avoid a random lucky shot disabling one of the Hunters early on. Very fun list to play, but not the easiest one.

I've also toying with the idea to bring in a really heavy 25pts list to see how it works. The idea is to bring on so much metal that the heavies get destroyed/crippled and then to hope there's nothing on the table that can hurt the big boys.

    Kraye
    Centurion
    Stormclad
    Hunter
