"No Quarter" Power and Progression article for Cygnar

I have rather enjoyed this series and I have found that the progression lists they offer for each faction are a nice way to learn the ins and outs of the faction. So what No Quarter issue has the Cygnar P&P? Is it possible to purchase back issues? I ask becuase I am thinking of picking up a 3rd faction, I already play Skorne and Khador and I want a 3rd faction to be very different from those two. There are zero Cygnar players in my area and I think it would be a challenge not only to me but to them as well to play a faction that no one is familiar with.

Lastly what are peoples thoughts on Cygnar in general? I have read some of the "boot camp" articles and it seems Cygnar is lacking somewhat in the "effective troop" category compared to Khador. Jacks also seem a little squishy as well. Am I off base here?

No Quarter # 31 has a Cygnar PP. You can order back issues from the Privateer Press Store. It's pStryker and Siege build

Thanks for that info, I think my LHS has back issues so I will see if they go back that far.

Is the P&P article a good place to start with Cygnar?

That'd make it 3 years old at this point. We should be close to due to a P&P in one of the upcoming issues, if they keep evenly rotating them. They should have gone through almost the entire Warmahordes faction list over that time.

According to the Khador one in the last NQ, they've now done all the factions and are done with P&P.
