Pirates of the Caribean List Idea!

So! I have been playing warmachine for about a year now and have a Khadoran army as well as a Cygnaran one and am looking for something different and a little less standard. So pirates it is! I really like Captain Phinneus Shae and was thinking of making a list themed after the Pirates of the Caribean films (all 4). So far this is what I have:

Shae (Captain Jack Sparrow)
Mr. Walls (Barbossa)
Lady Aiyana & Master Holt (Elizabeth Swann & Will Turner)
First Mate Hawk (Angelica)
Press gangers (the guy holding the torch can be Gibbs)

Commodore Cannon (no tie-in I can think of, but it's awesome)
Sea Dogs
deck gun

does anybody have any other ideas? I'm also considering taking other models that lock more like characters from the movies and using them as proxies for some of the harder ones. Also what Jacks should I be looking at? I absolutely love the way all 3 pirate jacks look but looking merely at stats am unsure of effectiveness. I usually play 35-50 points.

Anyways does anybody have any ideas as to what could be added/should be changed? Any ideas for alternate models would be awesome as well!

I always thought of rengrave as barbosa...but I know, he's cryx.

Mr. Walls already comes with a monkey, so Barbossa seems a neat fit for him. But I'd set him as Bart instead; you can really only have one captain of the Pearl at a time after all.

I always thought that Gibbs was a better Mr. Walls than Barbossa...As stated above, Barbossa is Rengrave.
