    Thumbs up PP Service Kudos

    I just wanted to send a quick shout-out and thank you to Privateer Press for their exceptional service.

    I ordered a few bits and a Mechanithrall Lt. from the online store last Wednesday late at night. On my order, in the customer notes field, I mentioned that I had 2 of the IK Minis Boneswarm figures and asked if there was any possibility that 2 Hordes Stat Cards could be included with my order.
    Not only did I receive my order alllll the way across the country in a mere 3 business days, but sure enough, there were 2 brand spankin new Boneswarm cards with it.

    This experience came fresh on the heels of a service experience from another online store that shall remain nameless, that was on the absolute opposite end of the spectrum... Resulting in my not receiving my Bloodgorgers and Slaughterborn in time for the tourney they were bought for. (Bought 2 weeks ahead of time I might add).

    So thank you PP... whichever of you thralls was responsible... for the fine service. It does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated.

    It's funny that I found this post today of all days! A few days ago, I placed a missing parts order through the customer support site on PP site and promptly today received the bits! I also want to give a huge shout out to PP for everything they do for their customer base! Thanx guys!

    I wish to also express my thanks to them. I have been missing a few bits lately, and feeling little guilty about bugging them. I have always received the right thing and fast. Usually only 2 weeks and I live in Australia

    I have been treated very well by PP service.

    Also OP, that Online store, was it Maelstrom? :P If so then check out Firestormgames. Basically the same thing but with FAR nicer people working there.

    Good customer service is a thing to be treasured. I'm glad to hear that PP excels at it.

    I am agree with you all! I placed a missing parts order last week, and received my parts very quickly! I have always been very happy with the service I've received when dealing with PP. Thanks PP!

    I had a incorrect card in a blister a month or so ago ( Arlan Strangways is not a gun made officer...) I put in the claim and had my proper card within a few days. Thanks PP.

    I have to jump on the band wagon as well. I've had 1 blister and 1 box missing parts. It took only a few days both times for my tickets to go through and the day after shipping I had the missing pieces in the mail box. Excellent customer support!

    I was missing the two shields from my Sword Knights + Standard Bearer UA. Hit PP up on the website and they mailed them out super quick. Got them in the mail yesterday!

    I'm still new to the hobby, and this is my first time having to deal with Customer Service, but these guys are awesome!

    I've also had quick turn-arounds on my requests for replacement or missing bits.

    I've also asked for missing bits to be added to bits orders, and they've always come through for me.
