Nope it can't. If you can't charge something, you can't slam it either.

Last question, what about slam effects like from Siege's Force Hammer, or Ret Mittens?

They are a magic attack so they can.
Also, enemies can still trample up to the Centurion and then buy attacks. Trample doesn't have a target.
Ahh, good to know. Thanks again, I've got a tournament in a few weeks and I wana top up my knowledge on what I need to lookout for when I use the Polarity Field.
