So, how much is a bottle of Jack* in Seattle? Give me a paypal account, get the man drunk and find out how many models are in Colossal per faction!

I just hope colossals don't have horrible mold lines nor casting errors. They are gonna have a hard time dealing with part replacements.

I wouldn't call the game a flop. It ran for better than 4 years, with over 10 expansions and two and a half editions. True the game was dying, and on it's last attempt to kick some life when the company it ran went under, but I don't think that's a Flop.

In fact, I have an 11 inch Mechwarrior Action Figure I am going to be using as a Conquest Proxy for a couple games until I can be sure I want that or the Wold Wrath.

Oh, I didn't mean the game was a flop, just the big toys - and that is the particular one I was thinking of, in fact.

    Ah! My appologies! I misunderstood.

Yeah, the Big Toys weren't sold that well or that long. Basically with WizKids ownership changing, the line didn't make enough fast money to please the new owners.

So as it turns out then, based on the facebook picture, there is actually very little metal on this model.

Were you expecting a lot? The general build of the Battle Engines should have given you a good idea of the rough composition of the Colossals. Mostly resin with a handful of metal details.
NoVA players: Come to Game Parlor Chantilly on Thursday nights for some Warmachine/Hordes action!

yes, actually, I figured with the price in comparison to the battle engine that there was going to be a significant amount more metal - In the original pictures, both legs were solid metal - that alone was at least as much as a heavy jack.
