    Default 35 point list

    Warcasters:
    Ravyn

    Warjacks:
    Phoenix
    Chimera
    Gorgon

    Units:
    Stormfall Archers
    Destors full sized

    Solos:
    2 Arcanists
    Sylys

    Reserves:
    Griffon
    Ghost Sniper

What I need is advice on how to use the list. I would like to hear about combos and synergies beyond the obvious interactions with Ravyn's feat.

This list also happens to be all that I own. So, please don't suggest swapping anything that isn't here. I would accept suggestions on moving models/units in or out of reserves.

Instead of suggesting units/models when someone posts a list. First, try suggesting how to best use the list the original poster wants to use.

To be honest, this list is very soft imo. The Chimera and Gorgon have very little synergy with Ravyn and should be the first thing you drop from the list. Ravyn doesn't really need an arc node and doesn't really need Sylys Wyshnalyrr. What she does is munch infantry in person and support ranged units. You can have some success shuffling Snipe between the Destors and Stormfalls (upkeep the spell on one unit, activate it, then activate Ravyn and swap Snipe to the other unit). Generally, though, Ravyn would rather have a unit of Invictors or MHSF over the Destors.

That said, if you need to use this list... well, the destors can be passably good at munching infantry and will have a much easier time getting 2 shots when Snipe'd. The Gorgon can be used to hold up something big and scary for a turn and otherwise doesn't do much with this list. The Chimera is also not very good with Ravyn, since she doesn't really need to arc her spells, and I only bring it out with Rahn or sometimes Garryth. But you can use it to shuffle upkeeps around and possibly cast Eliminator when the situation presents itself (which it does generally rarely). Sylys is mainly providing +1 focus in this list by making Snipe free, although he can be used to buff Eliminator.

In general, you will struggle with killing heavies outside of the Phoenix and the Stormfalls, but have quite a bit of infantry killing power.

I think Sylys isn't as effective on Ravyn as it would on Rahn or Kaelyssa, but if it ever occurs that you need veil of mists for more than one turn or vortex of destruction, he definetly isn't useless.

like above, your jacks have little synergy with your chosen caster. 2 arc nodes are nice but ravyn doesnt have much use for them.

You're probably not gonna have much trouble with mobile infantry based armies since you have just about every infantry killing thing in our book, but lists like pdoomshaper (and even edoomshaper) are gonna give you trouble since the only 2 units u have that can reliably kill them are pretty easy to take out. bascily, if they've got heavies, you got a problem.

If I were you I would drop sylys and bring the ghost sniper out of reserve, and take the griffon out in place of your light arc node.
