Winter Argus Thornwood League legal?

I don't understand why the "Chew Toy" upgrade is listed for the Winter Argus when it's not scheduled to be released until the League is over.

The War-Torn Alliance rules specifically say:

Models that have not yet been released to the general public at the time of the event are not permitted.

Was this meant for the regular Argus or am I missing something?

Or theyll have winter argus for purchase at lock and load

A mod confirmed in the League Units thread in the General forum that it was meant for the regular argus and that a corrected version of the document is pending.
