    Default Fleeing and spawning.

    I played a game against a spawning pool and used a terror check to force them to make a command check. They passed, but I thought about it. If the spawning vessel unit fails a command check and is fleeing, it can't spawn horrors right?
    Why is all the pirate gone?

    If spawning is an action (I don't play Legion) then no, they can't. Fleeing dictates that an fleeing unit cannot cast spells, perform actions, give orders, or make attacks.

    Spawning Vessel and Acolyths have Stone Heart. They are effectively Fearless.

    Just read this. They should just give the unit fearless. I guess Stone Heart has more applications than just terror checks.
