I dont know where people came up with no movement outside normal activation, but everywhere it has been written down that i have seen (NQ 41 and 42 fyi) it has been written no movement outside of normal movement and no place effects. SO no Goad no overtake, no slipstream for Legion, etc etc etc. They cant be slammed, pushed, thrown, or taken control of so there is absolutely no way to move them outside of their normal movement.

I highly doubt you will see any errata to Primal Shock. Everything I have heard from PP points to the Mountain King being a completely viable target for Primal Shock. Two fully boosted pow 16/17/18 will be a completely possible thing, but remember that is all of your fury for your warlock. Mountain King will likely be 5 SPD max maybe even SPD 4, which maxes out your threat range with Primal shock at 28" (potentially 10" run + 2" rush, can't factor in eDoomy feat due to order of operations). Have you seen the other colossals? They themselves have 2 Pow 14/15 guns coming off of them at RNG 14 generally, buffable to 18" with snipe, giving them 22" - 23" threat ranges every turn with focus allocation.

    There's no reason to errata...

Smash is right, you can speed them up... but you can't move them or place them. So you can say... Scroll of Grimmir + Rush a Mountain King for an extra 5" of movement.
So play like you've got a pair, or put down the metal and go find something made of plastic.

While I agree that the Mountain King is going to be in the STR 17-18 range, I wouldn't be all that shocked to see Primal Shock get nerfed by restricting it to Large based or smaller beasts. Sadly. PP doesn't love us that much...

I'm not worried Primal Shock will get hit by the errata stick. More likely they will compensate by giving him a lower STR and more pow like STR 16 pow 4 or something like that.

Either way I'm stoked for whatever they give us at LnL and hope to high heaven its a Mountain King or a Storm Troll instead of someone elses Beast.

I bet its gonna be the SoB's and maybe the storm troll, but I am keeping my hopes in check because then I can't be disappointed.

    And so I was correct...
