Default List advice for my better half...

Looking for some advice to put together a list for my partner, she is into her druids in general so orboros seems the way to go.

She has played a few CCGs and BGs no tabletop yet, looking to start at 15 points and move up.

Her preference for play style is support and healing, she also likes anything that operates quite a bit of control.

With this in mind ( i know nothing about orboros ) we had a look at the model range and she would only want to use any of the following...

    Morvahna The Autumnblade
    Kromac the Ravenous
    Kaya the Moonhunter & Laris
    Argus
    Feral Warpwolf
    Ghetorix
    Gnarlhorn Satyr
    Winter Argus
    Pureblood Warpwolf
    Tharn Wolf Riders
    Druids
    lord of the feat

The reason I listed the units is as she is more bother about painting models atm, which im sure will change once she starts handing us all of our *****.

So yeah out of the above/nearly the above can you recommend a good balance 15 point list which can move up to 25-35 points.

The main rule is no gorax, she doesnt like monkeys.

I'd go ekaya, beast heavy. You could start with a feral and a pureblood for 15 points. Ekaya gives you a strength buff, but eventually she might have to cave and grab a gorax because they're just too valuable in my opinion. Those two beasts are nice because you can pick up a stalker and move up to 25 easily because ekaya loves running lots of beasts.

I'd pick eKaya or Morvahna. eKaya gives you access to the strength buff Finnigan mentioned so that the Gorax isn't as necessary. Morvahna works really well with units, so if she's interested in painting, she might like to be able to support them with a good warlock.

If she's about the painting, though, go with Kromac. He's easily the best model in the range (IMO) and he's fun to paint up and play.
The forums seem to have one of two responses to new models. (A) "This model is worthless, I'll never use it." or (B) "That model is over powered, it's going to break the game." A few models get both responses, which ends up being really hilarious.
But what's wrong with saying "This model is circumstantially good and it's up to me as a good player to exploit its strengths and minimize its weaknesses"?

I think beast heavy is the best place to start as its less to paint and learn how to play.

Up to now Ekaya seems a great contender, could someone post me a 15 point list please so I can just order the stuff as I don't have the book and don't see the point investing unless she wants to continue playing after a month or two have passed.

I started Warmahordes with buying Kaya, Laris, Pureblood, Feral and Stalker off a friend. Definately a good way to learn the rules, fury and learn to appreciate the wolves, which I honestly can't live without. Also.. Pureblood looks amazing. Hands down one of the prettiest models in the game.
