It's not actually a legal army list....

There is no such thing as 'Leader + 7 grunts + 2 flamethrower'.
You either get Leader+9 or Leader+5. You then add up to 3 Flamethrowers to the unit. So, in your example you would get 'Leader+9 + 2 flamers' making the entire unit consist of 12 models.

You also can not take 2 Widowmaker marksmen, since they are FA1.

Other than that it is an army that will have some very bad matchups, and some very good ones :-)
If you take this list against armies that rely heavily on corrosion or fire damage, then you will be almost unkillable.

Strakov has a hard time fueling 3 warjacks expecailly with the upkeeps being cast and upkept. Putting a kodiak or a beserker in the war group helps with the mobility, but can you still will be short focus for boosting attacks. Putting a jackmarshal like the MoW kovik with his own battlegroup or a Grey lord solo to use power booster will help dealing with the jacks. There are also some mercinaries that can increase your focus effentiecy or jack marshal for you.

The AK look really tempting for Strakov, but his elite cadre doesn't really cover their primary weakness which is there low ps in melee. They rely on the flame throwers to give them weapons to take on anything larger than low arm infantry. If you down graded the Devastator to a juggarnaut and remove the second marksman you can get yourself 4 additional flame thowers. You could also reduce the size of the unit and use the points to increase the number of flamethrowers if that jacks you want to keep the jacks and solos.

Just as a army building note, WAs are additional models in the unit not substitutions.

Spacing is going to be critical for your army. The small control area and the large number of models are going to give you some trouble for firing and charge lanes. AOE's and like effects like on thunderhead are going to be problems too, making it harder to deliver your flamethrowers to the front line. Keep your widowmakers and manhunter away from your aks for the same reason.

Also remember just because you have pathfinder on most models doesn't mean you are top dog on in rough terrain or in the tree line. Terrain use and manipulation is going to be critical espcially against hordes forces primaily everblight, with hunter and eyeless sight.
