Default Wanted to say thank you

I must say its been a good long enjoyable ride in playing the Legion and these very forums were a great place to learn the ins and outs of Everblight's blessed horde as well as master the painting techniques for these forces. Alas, I must sell it on ebay, and move on to other pursuits. But I wanted to thank you all for you patience and encouraging words as well as tactical advice.

    Man.

It's my sixth month since I last played a game, but I'm not giving up on it. You'll come back to it. Maybe next Hordes book will reignite the spark.

You're welcome, and you'll be back.
    Have blight. Will share.

I wouldn't sell my stuff if I was you. I've been there before and I ended up regretting it greatly. As do most other I've known who have done so.

Same. In the distant past I've sold heaps of armies. When WM first started I collected a largish menoth army, but no one else in the area played so I sold it. Big f'n mistake. It wasn't until later when it took off again that I collected what I have. Same for 40k and fantasy, I've sold heaps of armies I collected and slaved over, and regretted it later.

I'd suggest (unless you're desperate for money) putting them in the attic and getting on with life. Later when life is less bumpy, you might find yourself climbing those stairs to find your little mates waiting...

... although one can get some bucks out of one's army, it's never getting as much as it is worth IMHO (and I am not talking about actual pewter price, if you get it)!

Miniatures belong to a hobby that is worth being kept in the attic (as others said) and looked back at it later on.
So if you can afford it, don't sell them, just store them, and you will thank this day you decided to do so.

Hang on to them, man. I saw very little play for years but interest is drumming up and I'm helping some guys build lists and armies. Soon, once they play and prey upon each other, they will be good enough to play me. I've only to wait now.
