In Store Summer Sale

Is there a program PP has set up so that stores could place orders for summer sale packages and still make some money off of it for themselves? I would like to have an option like this available so that my local players could get the great deal but still help support their LGS by shopping locally.

The discount is roughly 26% off of retail price. So depending on the level of discount a store gets from their distributor it is possible.
