It looks reasonably competitive to me. I would lean more towards the Reckoner over the pair of Repenters because it can block LOS to the Harbinger, especially when assisted by Gorman's cloud, and Ashen Veil stacks nicely with Awe. The Bastions just love the Harbinger since she can get them to run faster than normal (Charge for 9" instead of running 8"), gives them that wonderful extra die on their attack rolls (MAT 7 will fail you surprisingly often otherwise), and do some serious shenanigans with Sanguine Bond and Martyrdom.
