Default 35p of Floating Girl, robots and holy men with flaming swords.

    Yes!
(Too many threads on these forums start with "So I...", I do my best not to contribute to the so-spam!)

I'm going off to a friends house for two 35p games tonight, one against Cryx and one against Khador (probably, might be Circle, but I'm guessing Khador), and I decided to take my Harby 35p tier4 list, and the TFG at home for once.

    Harbringer +5p
    - Crusader 5p
    - Crusader 5p
    - Templar 7p
    - Hierophant 2p
    Avatar 10p
    Choir (full) 3p
    Vilmon 3p
    Paladin 2p
    Paladin 2p
    Mechanik 1p

I realize that I have no real aoe except for cataclysm, or other means to get rid off infantry-spam than just killing them. But I gotta try it out at least.
I'll report later, or tomorrow, about how I fared.

Well, don't forget that you can Trample, that's sort of like an AoE.

IMHO, I prefer dropping one Paladin to upgrade one of the Crusader's to a Templar. Two walls is almost always enough and Templars are sooo much better than Crusaders.

Even when I can place 3 walls, i generally only place 1 for harby to stand behind. Harby lists tend to have a serious lack of pathfinder and then those walls just get in your own way of charges. I have had luck with harby tier 4 lists with both templars and crusaders/pallies. A lot will depend on how many magic weapons that you face. If you are not facing many, having the extra paladin is generally better for me, if you are facing a lot of magic weapons, it's definitely better to have the templar.

As far as infantry killing goes, tramples will be your best friend. If you can position them well, the tramples will also allow you to ignore the infantry and trample up to the meatier targets. Don't forget about the flame burst on the Avatar's sword too. Setting things on fire can clear through some infantry well also.

Thanks for the comments and input gentlemen.

I think the list felt solid (went up against a Montenebra tier 4-list so the no-aoe-fact never became a problem), but I really need to concentrate and focus (har-har) harder when I play, especially late at night.
Now I lost because I forgot to cast Crusaders Call (making the Avatar come up short to the Deathjack, my Templar not reaching a scrapthrall and one of the Crusaders was unable to block the path to Harby), plus we forgot that a none-pathfinder cannot charge across a wall.

Stupid, stupid, stupid loss, I will definately try it again and hopefully in a more awaken state.
